Need Marketing Guys in Kolkata Urgently!! - repost

I am looking for a Management cum Marketing guy who will help me to launch an Online Portal and make it popular with an unique idea. I myself am Software Developer in Saltlake, Kolkata. The guy i am looking to hire for the post, have responsibility to meet many specific Companies in Kolkata and give a power point presentation and then try to convince them to get into or to get registered in our portal. In nutshell it is a food ordering restaurant website and his primary objection is to increase traffic and get order for food as much as possible through my website. He must invent the ways and tricks to achieve the goal. As this is my first venture in an online portal business, i am looking for very dynamic and target oriented guy and he should have good knowledge in Online Marketing so that I can hit the market at my first attempt. He will be working here as a part time/full time Marketing executive. I can pay him fairly, depending upon how he performs. Please let me know if you need any more explanation. I am looking forward.
