Email leads/contacts from industry list

Hi - we are looking for email contact information for companies in our target industry: Digital Advertising and Marketing Agencies. 1) A good (free) source of these companies is AdForum: ([login to view URL]:Advertising%20%2F%20Full%20Service%20%2F%20Integrated+Full%20Service%20Digital%20Agency;) But there are others as well. 2) We are interested in agencies that have at least 10 employees and are US-based (for now). 3) We would like only C-level or executive level contacts (Cxx, VP, President, Director, Executive), ideally the head of operations (usually VP operations) is included in this. 4) We would like the following information included for each COMPANY (items marked with a 1 are required for the lead to be paid, marked with a 2 is a plus): Company Name 1 Company Address 2 Company City/State/Nation 1 Company Type Qualification 1 Number of years in business 2 Number of employees 2 Annual revenue 2 5) We would like the following information included for each lead (items marked with a 1 are required for the lead to be paid, marked with a 2 is a plus): Name and company email address of the CEO or president Name and company email address for the head of Operations or Production/Management Name and company email address for the head Human resources or Personnel For each person: links to their LInkedIn Page and any web biographical info on their company web site. BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS: If you would like to perform this work: 1) Please submit a bid/proposal with a per lead rate, assuming 500 leads as the total project size. That is, if you can do this for $0.20 per lead, then submit a bid of $100 and tell us that you will do it for $0.20 a lead. 2) Please submit a sample of two companies/leads data along with your bid (so we can make sure that you understand what we want) 3) IF YOU DON'T FOLLOW THESE BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS, I'LL IGNORE YOUR BID.
