I have worked for many eCommerce websites, order processing, tracking orders, sending out emails and calls to customers for the tracking number, inquiry or return and refund is my forte. My customer Service proficiency also includes phone support and chat support. I have worked with software like Zendesk, Live chat, salesforce, Helpscout, Asana etc.
I can list products on the Amazon, eBay and Shopify can do a lot of product research using different software. Can manage processing 1000 of orders to the vendor section.
For Social Media Management, I can handle Facebook, Instagram and other networking sites by managing posts and comments, including answering customer's messages. 3 to 4 posts in a week to engage customers and others.
