In the role of Web Research and Salesforce Administration Team Leader, you will oversee and contribute to a team of freelancers who are completing various projects to allow the company to better understand the contacts and the accounts that we are targeting as potential customers. Projects completed by the team will involve a variety of different projects including, but not limited to, researching specific companies and understanding where all they are located, identifying contacts working for our these companies, verifying data we have in our Salesforce CRM, and deleting old data. The role will be located in the Philippines and will report to the Sales Operations team at the company. Responsibilities: Communicate with the company to understand the research projects and assign them to the team Complete regular assessments of the team to understand each person’s performance, including checking work diaries Alerting the company of possible disruptions of work and comments on the team performance Completing a portion of the projects to support the team output
