Hi, I'm looking for assistance helping make changes to our Cisco UC520 auto attendant. We are looking to implement a simple... "Hello, press 1 for... press 2 for... etc" The recording (Prompt) is on the system and works. However, when you press a key, nothing happens. Also, once the message has played, you get a standard Cisco message too! "Welcome to the Auto Attendant etc.." Not sure why. I'm virtually there but would like some help. Very quick job for someone in the know. Thanks D
