100 anchor text (keywords) deep links

100 anchor text links required from directories situated on unique ip addresses or topic specific websites - this is not 100 submissions, but 100 links required to complete the project. The links are deep links with differing achor text from the title of the site (basically the main search term), these will also be varied to make submissions look more natural. I will provide an excel spreadsheet showing the anchor text to use. Links must be permanent and all from different class c ip addresses. I will require a complete list of the sites that the url's has been submitted to. No Time wasters - I only want serious and low offers.
