100 PR4 One Way, Permenant links for a new site.

Description: Website with PR=1 wants SEO who can improve PR rankings to PR=4 and get top 10 to 20 ranking for specified keywords in a 3 month period. We want to deal only with a professional who has a proven and verifiable track record and uses only white hat search engine optimization. Project Details: • We require at least 100 permanent links to be made. No reciprocal links or link exchanges. • Links must be listed and indexed on a minimum PR=4 page with no more than 5 outbound links per page. • The page where the link is placed must be live (not under construction) and must have been crawled by Google and Yahoo within the last 30 days. • Links must be in text with no graphics, must be search engine friendly and manually submitted. No use of automated software. • Links must contain our anchor text and link to a given page. • All the links must be from a different domain and IP address (from different class C block). • Sites must be in the English language and come from related sites only. • Link pages must be indexable by Googlebot and may not have any page restrictions like rel="nofollow," [login to view URL] blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages, etc. • Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script. • All links should be free and should not be placed in paid link spots or in the footer • Links must be manually submitted and not created with software. • Links may not be placed on sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks. • Websites that already have a published link back will not be counted. • No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable by users. • No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, Google banned sites, blackhat website, porn, political extremist, religious extremist, frame sites or any illegal sites.
