Looking for Web Master for Ecommerce Site Development and Management

Our goal is to implement at least 1 - 2 new ecommerce sites each month this year. You or Your Team overall responsibility is to implement and manage all aspects of all the B2B ecommerce websites and generating leads / sales. Requirements: 1) MUST have extensive B2B ecommerce website implementation. 2) MUST have excellent skills at creating call to actions to capture leads from websites. 3) MUST be able to work with our outsourced data entry, SEO/SEM coder and PHP coder to implement or manage changes. 4) MUST have extensive experience implementing auto responders and "trickle" marketing emails. 5) MUST have experience with SEO / SEM. 6) MUST have experience obtaining unique content to draw in new potential visitors. ABOUT THE WEBSITES Some useful information about the ecommerce websites: 1) All of the websites will have between 500-2000 products. These are entered via our data entry person. 2) Each site will be designed for all or most of the equipment offered by a single manufacturer. 3) We have a "core" website that sells ALL products. 4) All websites use a core installation of Magento Commerce software. 5) Most websites are targeted towards Internet security solutions (e.g. spam filtering, firewalls...) 6) We have a few sites already setup and working. These sites should be used as a template. 7) Website design, templates and ecommerce software is already in place. WHAT WE EXPECT 1) We expect your to take 100% responsibility for implementing the websites by the agreed upon deadline. 2) We expect you to develop and implement a reasonable marketing plan for each website. 3) We expect you to develop and implement a conversion plan for each website. This includes leads, sales, phone calls, emails, white paper downloads ... The rest of this bid is open to discussion in order to narrow down bid price and details. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
