533221 SQL Database Debugging

So here's what we need: 1. Couple of small things: a. On EchoJournal, in floating bar on the left, we need to add a button for LinkedIn. ([login to view URL]) b. Also, on the same page (and all individual videos pages), we need to replace the horizontal bookmarks buttons for new ones: [login to view URL] (see this picture: [login to view URL]) c. In individual posts on Medgadget and Spanish Medgadget, we need to move an advertisement (located on the middle, just above the comments) to the left, and insert another advertisement to the right. As I told you before, Google Speed test (https://developers.google.com/pagespeed/#url=http_3A_2F_2Fmedgadget.com_2F&mobile=false) says that we need to leverage browser caching. So I need help with that. 3. And finally, bigger thing is to figure out why our Medgadget website is crashing. We've been getting periodic crashes, and we cannot figure out. They happen 1 or 2 times a day. We asked Hosting Matters (our server company) to take a look at what's going on. They installed crons to monitor the server. Below is what they found after the last two crashes.
