Supplier Purchase Order system for Zen Cart

Description I need a purchase order for my zen cart shopping cart. I want it to be able to run a report based on stock level and for it to create a suggested purchase order that I an add, edit Attributes or delete suggest products to order . 1. I order stock in USD but sell in AUD so that needs to be on the form also 2. I need to be able to print the order, convert and save as PDF and the email the suppliers 3. The stock need to update if currently out of stock with an estimated date or arrival which can be set in the system somewhere ideally this would be set once the supplier receives the purchase order which they can also edit in the event it need to go on back order 4. Similar Mod the drop ship mod need for the supplier to be able to add in tracking number to email back this could obviously then have the date of shipment and update estimate time of arrival as in no 3 I also need reporting system that can work with my stock with attributes system 1 . I need following search function IN STOCK form Output: model number, title, picture .amount in stock. Amount sold. Plus following form I can modify . Order amount and date. received and date . Discontinued (BUTTON) . Once I add order amount or click Discontinued button . Then I will be able to click print button and print out all the products with detail : model number title and picture as well . Above search function need exclude stock was already ordered and was chose as discontinued. 2 . After I receive stock in my warehouse I need do following search all the Stock ordered but not received . Then I can add the amount in to received form ..It need show Back ordered button as well in case stock I ordered was back ordered. with the back ordered item as paid or not paid Finally when stock arrived in Australia warehouse . I need do following search by date search Stock ordered and received . then I will be able to use update button add all received stock into shop inventory and clear the order amount to 0 . If there is a bug need it needs to be fixed must be free of charge Payment term to be negotiated with winning bidder I also use Zen cart Store Manager that if possible would be addapted to work within this program also
