create SSM panel for ourselves social media likes comments tons of them. in house software

Building social media Automation tool like an SMM panel. There are many sites like [login to view URL] that you can buy for different social media networks custom comments, thousands of likes, boosting comments, retweets, and retweets with custom comments. We want to be able to have our own developed software to do this. If needed we will provide our own social media accounts to do those actions unless you know of some other way to use other accounts or buy (will need to help with phone validation issues). Need to make sure the accounts don’t get blocked so someone who develops this needs to know about residential proxies and stuff. Ideally we want to comment thousands of comments and do thousands of likes on social media posts. Need to build a whole infrastructure so when theres a specific social media post that I found, we can right away use our tools to boost the comments, likes etc. Need someone who has built a whole foundation like this and it will work. My idea was using jarvee and adding thousands of accounts to it, getting many servers, proxies etc. but need someone who has developed other ways, another method, maybe will need to achieve this all with jarvee or other automation tool, or create your own. Please we need someone who knows how to do this all already and won’t spend time researching. Developer will need to be able to clearly explain the gameplan and how everything will work plus a quote for how much everything will cost including you the developer.
