In search of someone to help me with daily tasks to manage the production of our web design company. Responsibilities may include: • Scheduling of social media posts for our company and others • Scheduling of newsletters using Mailchimp • Handling incoming customer emails and making sure they get logged in our ticket system so developers work on them. • Emailing customers with status updates and also to check in make sure they're happy • Maintaining list of open project status • Keeping projects organized Photoshop/creative experience a big plus Must speak perfect casual english Must be comfortable working in a team environment and taking ownership of your tasks Must be available Monday to Friday during EST daytime hours. Must include the phrase 'burnt toast' in your response so that I know you've fully read these outlines Must be comfortable working with slack and email. Looking for full time addition to current team for long term position (40 hours per week)
