For koltyakov - As discussed please bid $150 and create a console app (that will create the basis of the web services) that accepts a url, and credentials (windows/forms) - and can dynamically create/provision a SharePoint site under the specified root URL. For the POC I should be able to see that a custom site has been provisioned; you could add a number of Lists and document libraries to the provisioning to demonstrate this; remember that eventually we will have dozens of preconfigured templates so that app needs to be able to manage these and apply styling. I'll send you the URL which I will use to test against once complete; you are also welcome to use it. Please ensure code is of the highest standard and follows current best practice with error handling and premium efficiency. Thanks!

Here I am. =) So I've bid for 150 and come back to you tomorrow-the-day-after-tomorrow. You will respond about license. Will I make some new features from description with SPMeta2 or should I wait for licence response?
