I'm looking for a programmer to provide the following: - Create an ASP.NET WebForm application in C # that converts csv, excel files, sql tables from sql server to ESRI SHP and KML, KMZ files. - Prepare detailed notes on pseudo-code and how the application was built so a novice programmer can customize. - This is a test project and probably the right person for future work. you should be able to speak fluent English and is willing to use skype.
