HTML5 SNES Javascript with Movile Android remote Controller

i need one xpert on HTML5 to develop this project: alredy have many librarys to RUN SNES GAMES with javascript we need play with REMOTE CONTROLLER onli for ANDROID DIVICES. i think for now not have sound support and is ok. this is one sample of wath we need but with the SNES ROOMS: [login to view URL] the game will be play on LOCALHOST or somethink like thath, then when enter we show the web page fullscreen and small animation on background we will provide the start page in the start page we show one QRTAG with the params of the conection for movil divice ANDROID when user read the QRTAG then we show the LIST of ROOMS and with the MOVIL DIVICE choice the game, and when user choice the game they can PLAY WITH THE MOVIL REMOTE CONTROLLER. its all, onli if you sure you can do this please bid
