Embedded Software development (CC254x) BLE bluetooth

We are seeking to develop a range of applications for use with Texas Instruments CC254x Bluetooth Low Energy SoC ICs. This first project is to provide an embedded software solution to do the following: Operate between low power and receive modes. When active, to search for BLE advertising messages. Sleep and awake times to be optimised for power consumption and scan accuracy Buffer received data and (serial) send details of unique devices to an external uC. Data Output required (listed for each identified device) For signals received from iBeacons, Device identifier, UUID, Major, Minor, RSSI, Tx Power, Battery level (if transmitted). For signals received from other BLE devices, Device identifier, RSSI. Project Deliverables required. Progress updates (by Skype). Source code. Compiled version of source code.
