$250-750 USD

Paid on delivery
Applications like TweetDeck and Hootsuite try to deliver twitter feeds in a \"streaming\" fashion, but they often introduce unacceptable latency. I am looking for a simple application that will access the streaming Twitter API (or use the REST architecture if the developer believes that\'s the best solution) to deliver a constantly refreshing feed from Twitter. While the Twitter Limits are set in the API, perhaps there is a way to work with the API to optimize the delivery. The application can be one column of tweets. It can follow a user or a user\'s List. The application should be available to multiple users to log in and view, without impacting the performance or limits. (around 100 users are envisioned) The application should run on Windows XP and Windows 7. It would be great if it could work on MAC as well, but not a priority. The viewer (the application window) should be expandable and contractible. The font size and other aspects of the tweets should also be changeable to enable sizing preferences. Thank you for you consideration.
