Code a new EA in MQL4

This project is to create a new EA in mql4 (for use with MT4) that can be set to both live trade and email alert only. The rules of the EA are as follows: A trade or alert is triggered when a signal has been triggered by the "stochastic histo signal" with the setting "on close" = true and "filter" = false. AND when the "Strend tape MTF" indicator matches the colour of the "stochastic histo signal". E.g if the "stochastic histo signal" signaled a buy (green) the "Strend tape MTF" indicator should also be signaling a buy (green). The most important part of the EA is that I need to able to select different multiple timeframes on the "Strend tape MTF" indicator. E.g. I might only want alerts if two or three "Strend tape MTF" timeframes match the colour of the "stochastic histo signal". E.g. on the hourly chart (H1) I might only want buy alerts if the D1 (daily) and W1 (weekly) are both green on the "Strend tape MTF" indicator.
