INTELIGENT BULK EMAIL SOFTWARE USING CONTACT LIST AND PLUGIN

I have a list of my customers with their email info and their order info like order number etc. i need a software that will send an email in bulk with my message but also plugging each customer's order inside the message body and similar info automatically. System can work either using my gmail account or Microsoft outlook 2007 or any other way of sending bulk emails but it needs to show email address is originating from my desired email address and ability for customer to reply to that address.
