We are a fast growing IT outsourcing agency with clients on multiple continents. We are experiencing profound growth and are upgrading our IT systems to suit our workflows. We would like someone who has experience in small to medium sized enterprise Jira Cloud. Responsibilities: - Analyse current configuration - Document the plan to standardize our workflows - Documenting Jira workflow / user instructions - Clearly document processes so anybody can pick up a task and complete - Reducing rework by suggesting sensible work validation rules (to be workshopped) - Identify areas of automation - Other tasks as required. - Possible Salesforce Integration (phase 2) - Confluence integrations (Best Practice) - Standardize all the fields between projects for global filters - Dashboard updates Experience: 5+ years working with Jira (Onprem or Cloud) Software Development Lifecycle Understanding Business Analysis Excellent English (Written and spoken) Visio
