Machine Vision Software for 4 Cameras

In short, the application is as follows: Our company created software together with a former software developer (who is no longer available). This machine vision software, already been set up and installed in 3 different factories. Briefly, the visual inspection automation hardware is used to inspect one by one all the products as they are produced. Since the factories have several products, it is critical the visual control to be easy and fast "parameterized". For this reason we have created the application software in order to help the new products setup easy and beautiful. So far, we have successfully completed machine vision projects in which we have always used 1 industrial camera. Recently undertook a job that includes a machine vision system of 4 cameras, which obviously must provide the setup menu as the visual inspection for the total 4 cameras. The new coder is important to take over the software that has already been created and on it add the necessary tools in order to perform a quadruple (4X) visual inspection. Obviously, all the necessary information from the previous developer is available and will be provided is necessary. Below are the program specs: • The programming language used is C ++. • The Framework used to implement synchronization, communications and UI is Qt ([login to view URL] - community edition). Different versions have been used for different projects, with the latest 5.7.0. The current version is 5.11.0. • The libraries used are Autovision_setup_3.0.3 Visionscape 7.0.3.exe.
