We are an API provider and looking to offer Perl library to our end users as an example to show them how to use our API using Perl. We require an experienced Perl programmer to create Perl library for us with full documentation as to how to use the library and upload the files to our github account. API is REST based and returns JSON data. Very simple API and only 2 methods. Full details will be provided.

I've worked with Perl in the development of external API's for my own products and from the sounds of it, would be related to the way you're designing this library to function. I would need the specifics on what the required functions are to say more, but I've done JSON serialization and data transfer via REST services for most of my own scripts. I'd include well-documented and explanatory aids with the library to better facilitate example usage cases for those inquiring about the API library.
