Picture processing program for finding a dead pixel

Hi, I am expert developer with years of experience in various areas including images processing and post processing. For this task it will be hard to spot individual pixels since phone image will have hard time to map one pixel of led screen to photo pixel, most likely one pixel from led screen will be presented as two or more pixels in image. For picture analysis it's easier to work with larger resolution images, for angle or distance that will vary on phone (camera) model, light conditions etc, but general advice would be to get best possible image. Can you tell me where do you need analysis to run, on desktop computer or on phone or in cloud and do you have some sample images of defected screens?
