Tool to detect ransomware

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using .NET. I need a tool to detect a ransomware before encrypt all my files. It should monitor CPU Activities and I/O regarding massive reading, deleting and encrypting files. After detection, process n eed to be killed, all shared folders, drives, network drives need to be unmounted. Eventually, an administrator need to informed immediatly. Tool should be totally new, without any copy right.
