Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10 For monitoring of your file, some application will need to run constantly to monitor the file changes with the links. If the changes are rare, it can be started only on logon of the user or periodically. To clarify what you pay for: 1. User interface for location of the file or command line text 2. Installation or registratation package for the monitoring application. 3. Bug fixes for the deployment process, if needed. Probably you need to install this on several machines that need to have fixed shortcuts on their desktops.
