I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . I have a text file (.ini) file that has variables that are updated in real time and need a program that takes certain variables and sparses them into a new text file. So for example I have a scoreboard program that updates that .ini file after a team scores, away, timeouts.. etc and the file looks something like below. Homescore=2 Awayscore=3 Blahblah=0 Etc.. Etc.... So this program I have in mind what it will do is take certain variables from that .ini file and sparse them into an individual output files like [login to view URL], awayscore.txt.. etc. So when I open the [login to view URL] it will just be 2 in there... So basically the program needs to run actively and be checking for updates really quickly from the original file because I'm changing scores for team and what not.
