Onedrive trouble shooting and Outlook

I bought a new computer and since I bought the computer a couple of weeks ago my onedrive isn't syncing with windows 8. I need someone that really knows computers to make sure all of my google and onderive files are synced. I also need you to take the recovered files and make sure that they are all accessible on onedrive. set up a few more rules in outlook about where my emails go. see what is going on with my skype. downgrade to windows 7 instead of 8, if necessary to make everything work. I have been on the phone with Microsoft and they keep telling me there are some problems with windows 8 and onedrive so maybe I need to downgrade. you must have remote access, good clear English, the ability to finish the project all the way through, patience and understanding of outlook, onedrive, google documents and setting things up the way I need them to work effectively.
