Betfair Games Exchange Logger

Looking for something to record information regarding the blackjack games on Betfair to a MS SQL database. This project has the XML models up to chapter 4.3 of the Betfair API documentation built already. See the attached document for Betfair API documentation. The database needs to store the following information about the games 1. Round number 2. Cards held by each player and the dealer for each round and their combined total point value 3. Best Back/Lay odds and cash amount available at those odds for the 8 different bet types for each round. 4. Outcome of each bet type for each round (Winner, Eliminated, Dead-Heat, Undecided)
