Need EXPERT ASP/SQL CODER to create input form using the template: [login to view URL], and prepopulate all fields with any existing information for New User Account purpose. Most input fields to be used will be select, radio and checkbox. Values for select, radio, checkbox are to be read from a one to many or many to many access database and stored to the multiple table database as well.
