we organized many trips, and now, we are planning to use sugarcrm to implement these needs, [login to view URL] travelers.(it should be a module) [login to view URL] trips.(it should be a module) and travelers can login sugarcrm (not use user account), and if a trip is open and public,travelers can apply to join in. and then the trip coordinater (sugarcrm user) can approve/reject this application. please tell me your similar project experience.

Hello, I have nice experiance in SugarCRM customization development. In this case, we can add customization in Login module to use Travellers module instead of Users. In Trip from Trip module can be assigned to a User, who can accept/reject travelers.
