I need a simple SVG map of a country. You get an SVG file with an embedded pixel map.
You need to trace some regions on the map and add a few circled and name these objects.
------
General instructions:
1. Use Inkscape to make a simple SVG map based on a pixel map.
2. Create closed paths using straight lines (no curves) to trace the map regions.
So you will create outlines of the regions. Look at the example maps.
Do not use the free hand drawing tool.
Do not use too many nodes. I want the SVG files small.
Have a look at the example maps!
3. Use "Snapping" so that the nodes of neighbouring regions align niceley.
4. Name the regions according to the ISO 3166-2 code of the geographic region
(see specific instructions below). Do not put text on the map. Use the SVG ID tag to name the regions!
5. For regions representing neighbouring countries: Set the ID to the name of the country.
Use UPPER CASE letters.
6. Cities on the map are small SVG circles. See the example maps!
Set the ID to the name of the city. Use UPPER CASE.
7. No colors or texts are needed on the map.
