Migrate servers 2 Plesk to 1 Cpanel

I have 2 Plesk servers that I want to migrate into 1 new Cpanel linux Server. 1 Linux with plesk7 1 windows with plesk7 The windows plesk has only joomla, html and php sites, there are no asp sites so migration of domains is possible to new Linux cpanel server. I need the migration to go smoothly for the people hosted on the 2 servers. I dont want my clients to have to change any email or other passwords or loose emails. Cpanel logins will be different thats fine. So I need all email accounts and settings and passwords, pop3 imap, mail forwarding, DNS settings, MYSQL databases and users etc for each domain migrated across with out changes to passwords etc. Some accounts use imap. MYSQL databases will need to be accessible through cpanel etc. All domain, hosting accounts details and information, email accounts, SSL certificates ( only about 3 or 4 I think), sub domains, email accounts, permissions, databases, passwords, groups etc needs to be migrated with passwords in tact.. There are approx 64 domains on the linux plesk server and 18 on the windows plesk, most are joomla sites, most are small sites with very few email accounts. I have full remote desktop or root access. The new linux server will need cold fusion installed. I have coldfusion and a key. Let me know if this will be a problem. As all these sites are live i don't want any down time. I would like to migrate the #1 server first and have that working, then get the #2 server migrated. Please list previous server experience. Let me know how many IP addresses I will need for the new server. there are about 4 SSL Certificates in to be migrated. Steps are: 1) Migrate the server #1 windows to the new server, testing and working 2) migrate server #2 to the new server, testing and working. I will need a list of all the clients cpanel logins for the new server new server will have 8 IP, 4 gig ram and 150 gig space. Cpanel is already installed and working on the new server Please list if there will be any issues with the migration or with change of windows email passwords. Attached lists the domain details on the 2 servers. ( note windows server I have reduced down to 17 domains )
