Automate and schedule MS Access query

I have a query that creates a table. It is a single simple SQL statement . The table is used as data in a pivot table in MS Excel. What is needed: 1. Automate creating of Excel pivot table based on the query output. The data needs to be exported because the users will not be able to query it live. The data can be in an access db file or in excel. It will have more than 100,000 rows. 2. Automate filtering the output into multiple pivot tables based on the sales person in the data. Ultimately I would like to kick this off with windows scheduler.
