Windows 2016 server at datacenter with 1 dedicated ip. VMWAre workstation 14 pro installed. VM with Windows 10 Pro being used. I need to be able to use remote desktop from outside the network (home) and remote directly to the VM. This should involve setting up routing services within server 2016 to ports specified on the VMs. This should take only an hour or less as I only need it done on 1 VM and shown how. Must be available via Skype or Discord (English speaking).

Hello from Poland. Lots of sysadmin experience in here. This can be achieved with tunneling but will definitely take more than 1 hour :) Assuming that some stuff needs to be setup and configured, also tested well. I would honestly recommend using a Linux machine as a host, a Proxmox bare-metal solution and qemu/KVM. You could host anything from Win10 to Win Server and access those easily.
