NEXA3D is looking for a passionate and experienced technical recruiter with strong sourcing and account management skills. Under the direction of the Head of Human Resources, this role will focus on hiring our top talent, serve as the primary point of contact, and have a significant influence on the delivery of recruiting services to our business. You will help drive the sourcing strategy, identify and recommend process improvements, and partner with team members in the execution of these critical components of talent acquisition. This role must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a tight timeline.
Responsibilities
•Has operated at a senior level preferably in tech industries, responsible for recruiting VP and higher as well as top tier engineering talent
•Must have experience in marketing companies and track in developing creative recruiting campaigns using all channels available
• Partner closely with the hiring team to build and execute effective sourcing, assessment, and closing of highly qualified candidates.
• Must be able to uniquely source passive candidates at all levels and develop a shortlist of qualified candidates.
• Develop detailed and effective job specifications, recruiting pitches, and searches based on a deep understanding of company direction, talent gaps, culture, and discussions with hiring managers.
•Positively influence clients and team members.
•Must be able to effectively advise company's org structure design and drive the actual execution of agreed-upon recruiting plan priorities and timeline
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Comfortable leveraging data to influence hiring at all levels
