Phone Call Representative - American Accent
$8-15 USD / hour
Professional Credit Repair Company is looking for motivated individuals interested a work-from-home opportunity. The candidates set their own hours, but should be energetic, outgoing and be comfortable on speaking with different people and groups. Huge plus is having previous credit repair experience
Requirements
• Sell Credit Repair Solutions to individual consumers in need of the service.
• Develop individual sales plans that leverages opportunities and increases market success.
• Cultivate relationships with new & prospective customers by building credibility and trust
• Maintains industry and product knowledge
• Help consumers with credit repair over the phone
• Review credit audits for a customers
• Responding to credit repair questions
• Onboarding of new customers.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
• Excellent Time Management, Written & Oral Communication/Presentation Skills
• Demonstrated success attaining & exceeding production goals
• Ability to work Independently & Remotely
• Be a Self-Starter
• Ability to follow calendar appointments and create/follow reminders
• American accent
• Previous experience modifying and updating CRM records after the calls
• Good note-taking and updating is essential
• Ability to learn from Written instructions and Video Tutorials
• Be Communicative
• Be able to review and learn 2+ scripts
