Telemarketing /Customer service; Self motivated sales people required. Work from home, all leads supplied with good intro/segue talking points. Experienced professionals only please, you will be required to prove your selves before being given the opportunity of a permanent position. The employees with us after 1 month probationary period will have basic plus commission, other benefits will be negotiable. The hourly rate quoted below is at the bottom end of what we expect you to earn. We are concerned with getting the right people doing the right job happily and efficiently . Therefore one of the lucky permanent team could become the sales manager for this new fast growing company. If you are interested in learning more you will be required to sign a None Disclosure Agreement. Full product training will be given and virtual daily sales meetings will be scheduled. Depending on your location evening and possibly night work is acceptable. I would like to stress this is not a case where we start dozens and only keep 5 . We will start 5 and only let go the ones who can't make our very reasonable quotas. If we choose right the first time we will keep all of you that start. We want a happy productive team that constantly produces because they enjoy what they do. High pressure techniques are counter productive and are not required.
