Looking for a 3D cad circular design that will contract from 20 mm to 39 mm. The Circular Fascin design will have to be an open design. Meaning when the product expands inside the circle or oval that the center of the design is not obstructed. There will be buttons on the edge retractable design. The product will be made of a hard plastic or flexible. The designer upon completion present a 3D Cad design that is animated so to demonstrate how all the parts expand and contract.
