Hello, I have read your description for this project and I partly understand what you need. I will like to have further discussions for it. However from what I understand, you need a 3D model of your device and and video ad with voice over describing how the device's unit structure works. I am a 3D designer and animator and I can model as well as create a video using this model. I can create a voice over (unless you have one already).
