For some of my projects, I'm also doing the physical prototype too. I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years of experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. the issues are the folding mechanisms for the armrests and the backrest... also, the gas spring and the wheels arms should fold and detach from the seat in order to fit in the luggage, it may not be possible to be so curved as regular ones For any more questions, we could chat here, including the whole details of the project, final price, time frame, deliverables, etc, etc... I assume since you need a carbon fibre skeleton, you will be needing moulds as well. I will design the chair and the moulds, detail, render and give you working drawings for a chair like the one in your link.
