Good morning, Jasoya, and thanks for the opportunity to bid on this project. (-: Since you did not specify the length of the audio files you want transcribed, my bid of $250 breaks down to $50 per 60 minutes of audio file, or a total of 5 audio files of 60 minutes or less, each 60-minute file deliverable in 1 day or less, depending on content and quality. Should this project have more than 5 60-minute audio files, please adjust the price accordingly at the above rate per 60 minutes. If such is the case and under those circumstances, of course, I would reserve the right to adjust delivery times as necessary. (Volume discounts for ongoing transcription in the future may be available if I am hired.) I will require a Milestone Payment at 25% ($62.50) once 75 minutes of audio have been transcribed. I have over 30 years' experience in transcription and QA Editing/Proofreading in virtually all types of transcription including native English and ESL speakers. I have exceptional long-term experience in medical, legal, medicolegal, technical, focus groups and interviews, including proofreading and training ESL transcriptionists, for many years. Born, raised and educated in the U.S., comprehension should not be an issue. Of course, communication during the project is key. Hi I am Australian and I have five years experience transcribing for a University. My usual fee is $28 per hour of transcribing. If there is four hours work it would cost $112. My work is accurate and I proofread everything so there won't be any mistakes in the document. I don't know how much work you have so I can't say for sure about the turnaround time.
