Seeking Spanish speakers to sign up to a social site ($1 per complete signup w/ face photo)

I need authentic members for a social site. The site is a community to meet other spanish speakers online. The site is in SPANISH & I’m looking for spanish speakers from any country. You are bidding to get at least 30 spanish speakers join my site for free. Requisites are: • All signups MUST include at least 1 photo of the member (showing his/her face) • Each member MUST tell about themselves in their description (at least 150 words) • At least 60% of the members age should range 18-35 • Members age should range from 18-60 • Different IPs • Timeframe to complete the signups is 30 days • Minimum 30 authentic spanish speaking members per provider • Members should be from: Latin America, US, Canada, UK or EU. • 100% real members behind each sign up • All descriptions should be in spanish PAYMENT Payment is per authentic signup, no illegal methods. No copyrighted photos. $1 USD per COMPLETE sign up (photo & complete description). I will choose different service providers & set for each one a different project according to the # of people they can get to sign up. Please specify the # of members you can get & the countries you can get them from. If you think you can get me more free members on a long term basis , PM me. I'm looking for a long term partnership. For providers who can help me with the membership building of my site. If you have any info on long term membership building for a project like this, we can discuss a long term plan & quote thru PM. The signups are for a dating/meeting friends site SPANISH and members should speak Spanish & descriptions should be in Spanish. Place on your bid the # of sign ups you are bidding for & also state the countries you can get members from (members from US, Canada, EU & UK are welcome, as long as the members are native Spanish speakers). When I find all the service providers I will set for each one an individual project. And then we will start. You should hand an excel report with the registration emails of the people you signed up & the their link (user name) in our site. When we verify that the information is correct, and then we will release your payment. Remember that providers that achieve best results can get more work of this kind, if interested.
