Over the past 10 years I've been developing my skills in management, administrative support, customer service, tech support and sales.
Speaking two languages (English, Russian) also came as an advantage when communicating with international clients.
I have experience in face to face, chat, email and telephone customer service, mainly answering inquiries and helping customers with any problems that may arise.
I have also worked as a supervisor, managing both sales and customer service teams, helping them with clients, reaching their goals, training them and writing reports.
I also have a degree in IT and Economics.
Having worked in small and multinational companies, in different positions and shifts, made me very adaptable and versatile. I am a fast learner and a hard worker.
Coming from both a management background and a customer service one, I really like mixing my customer service skills with my broad experience in management and administration.
