BASIC DETAILS Job title: UI/UX Designer <> 3+ years of XP Compensation: 25 USD per hour <> B2B Contract Commitment: Part-time with the possibility to extend to full-time Location: Remote Required: Portfolio with proven work (real-world apps and sites) JOB DESCRIPTION Looking for a vibrant designer who is competent both in UX & UI to help me build the best products around the world! I am currently working with various US and UK clients from a wide range of industries (Fintech, Healthcare, EdTech, etc.) and company sizes (startups, scaleups and corporations), and it is just too much to handle alone. Therefore, I wish to find an honest and hardworking Partner to help me manage the workload and establish a long-term and mutually beneficial relationship :) TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES One thing is for certain, you will never become bored since this is a unique opportunity to learn, grow and interact with multinational cultures. Depending on the project and the client, the tasks can greatly vary: Improve UI look and feel, and design world-class aesthetic experiences Conduct preliminary user research (interviews, observations, market and competitor analysis) Perform UX Analysis, i.e. design and usability reviews for websites, web apps and mobile apps Design wireframes as well as interactive prototypes (hi-fi mockups) Create design systems Validate prototypes with usability testing, interviews and questionnaires WHY JOIN Becoming a partner of a creative and dynamic EU startup is a unique opportunity that can make us both very happy and successful.
