Marketing clips for Video Podcast Episodes

So we not only want someone to edit/make clips. -- We also need someone who would be willing to watch an hour long video podcast, pick out what's most important/relevant and then make clips. For each video, we'd like someone to prepare Prepare 2-3 short “teaser trailers” of the show Length should be 20-30 seconds max Prepare 3-5 easily digestible “show clips” or highlight reels of the show Length should be 3-5 minutes max All should be about a single topic/theme/message I can provide you with the topics that are important so there is no guessing, but we won't be telling you which parts of the video need to made into clips.
