Simple Video Editing Project

Hello! I have a png file (640x480) and basing on this image a movie clip of 30 seconds length should be created. The png image contains a background and a logo located in the middle (I provide you with both images seperately). I need two animation effects: 1. The logo should get some gleaming/blinking effects so as a spotlight is shining on it. I think you know kind of that effects from tv shows or kind of that. 2. The background should be greyed out. This effect should start after 8 seconds and grey the background out continuously for over 4 seconds. The logo should not be greyed out. Attached you find also an image where I demonstrate how the grey color should look like after 4 seconds (or 12 seconds after the clip is starting). The background should be kept greyed out until the end of the clip. Don't know if it helps you but when I created the greyed out file for demonstration I used GIMP and the settings were Brightness -127 Contrast -100 But this is only an "about" color value. It musn't be exactly this grey. Okay, that's it! By the way the output format should be something with not too much compression. And please no wmv! ;-)
