Adult 3D Character Animation Intro

I need to be turned into a 3D animated character for my video intro. I am a crossdresser foot fetish model. The intro should be no more than 5 seconds long. I know exactly what I want and will send a link to the video animation I would like replicated. The job will to be use the animation as a template and turn the girl into me... my face... clothes.. but keep all else the same. you must be able to animate as well as the example video and draw the feet as beautifully as they are in the video. attached is a cartoon art of me so use that as a model of what i look like. i would like the same wiggling feet movement and body movement but adding me waving my hand at the camera like saying hello. the job is for no more than £20 and i will only make milestone and award job after ive seen a first test model of what you can do with it. please start message with ANNA if u r ok with this all. again you must be able to animate as well as the example animation as this is exactly what i need.
