Assistants needed in USA

I am looking for a virtual assistant for ongoing work. Add appointments to my calendar. Someone from USA. Calling, follow-up on email and reaching out to cold leads will be most important. Initially, need for a couple of hours then if someone is really proficient then can look for the long term assignment. Please leave your per hour rate. I need a highly organized person for this.
