I am looking for a person who can do county research for real estate information. You must have experience in real estate to qualify. I have a due diligence form that has several data points that must be collected in regards to properties. Some information may be collected from county websites but very often you will be required to call the local county to get answers to certain questions. IMPORTANT: DO NOT MESSAGE ME IF YOU HAVE NOT READ AND EXECUTED THE TASK BELOW. IF YOU DON"T FOLLOW THIS DIRECTION YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. Please answer the following questions: 1. Have you collected due diligence information for real estate? Please explain the tasks you performed. 2. Which department do you contact to find out the owner's name of a property and what document shows proof of ownership? 3. Do you have excellent phone conversational skills, and are you fluent speaking English? 4. Explain what 'legal access' means in regards to a property. 5. Are you capable of making phone calls to counties in US between the hours of 8am to 5pm PST? 6. If you have experience in this type of work please list the counties you have dealt with.
