Help finding things (ie reservations, basic background research on people I’m meeting with, etc) Help transcribing notes from time to time. Help doing some options planning (ie there is a company event in 2 weeks, give me 3 places we can stay for less than $300 a person per night) Making phone calls to US Businesses to inquire about things like the availability of a product/service (ie shuttles to and from events, weekend childcare, etc). For this reason the person must speak FLUENT English. The right person must: Speak perfect English Be available to work Central Hours Be organized and available. (Past experiences that haven’t worked involved folks getting 1 hour tasks that couldn’t be started until 2 days later, etc) Be reliable
